Persis Brohier gave her permission for publication "for the common good" . She felt the book should be available to everyone, but that she would not be able to go through the printing process and all its red tape. I have taken some time to scan these pages and make them available to everyone in a searchable format. Despite trying very hard to get all the mistakes out , it is likely there will be some left in the text. Please e-mail me about these so I can correct them.
